Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Dietitians with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and organizing office supplies.
- Prepare and compile educational materials, handouts, and presentations for client sessions and workshops.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Support clients during visits by greeting them, answering general inquiries, and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Help with basic data entry and analysis related to client progress and program effectiveness.
- Assist in organizing and tidying the consultation rooms and common areas to maintain a professional and hygienic setting.
- Collaborate effectively with the Dietitian team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Learn and adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in nutrition.
- Provide empathetic and respectful support to clients, understanding their diverse needs and circumstances.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong passion for health, nutrition, and wellness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
