Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, while maintaining dignity and respect.
- Support patient mobility, including transfers, ambulation, and repositioning, using proper body mechanics and safety protocols.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) accurately and report any significant changes to nursing staff.
