Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements and company policies.
- Oversee warehouse activities, ensuring efficient storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to manage and track inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for logistics activities (e.g., invoices, shipping labels, customs forms).
- Identify and resolve logistics issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on key logistics metrics, contributing to performance analysis and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in negotiating rates with carriers and third-party logistics providers.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role, specifically in warehouse and delivery management.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP systems, TMS) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
