Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments, including history taking, physical examination (via observation and patient-guided techniques), and diagnostic reasoning.
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and health conditions within the scope of practice for a Nurse Practitioner.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results to formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations and best practice guidelines.
- Provide health education, counseling, and preventive care to patients, empowering them to manage their health effectively.
- Document all patient encounters accurately, thoroughly, and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Adhere strictly to all HIPAA guidelines, patient privacy regulations, and ethical standards of practice.

Required Skills
- Current, unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in Oklahoma.
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., FNP, AGPCNP).
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic reasoning skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient caseload effectively in a remote setting.
