Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead photographers with the meticulous setup and breakdown of photographic equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and backdrops.
- Manage and organize photographic gear, ensuring all items are accounted for, well-maintained, and prepared for each shoot.
- Support during photoshoots by adjusting lighting, positioning subjects, holding reflectors, and performing other essential tasks as directed.
- Aid in basic post-production tasks such as image culling, file naming, and initial organization of digital assets.
- Collaborate effectively with the photography team, models, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient shoot operations.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication, and logistical support for various projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio or workspace, contributing to a professional and productive environment.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of photography principles and camera operation (DSLR/Mirrorless).
- Familiarity with various lighting equipment and techniques (natural light, strobes, continuous).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially regarding equipment and digital files.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and helpful attitude.
