Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of candidate information, client details, and job specifications into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Verify and update existing candidate profiles and company records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and identify discrepancies, working to resolve them promptly.
- Assist with generating basic reports and extracting data for recruitment analysis and internal reviews.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including formatting CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations (e.g., POPIA, GDPR) when handling sensitive information.
- Organise and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data management processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Respond to internal data-related queries and provide support as needed.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement related to data management and suggest solutions.
Required Skills
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of data integrity principles.
