Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Growth Marketing Lead to drive the strategic development and execution of our user acquisition and engagement initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for scaling Mintos’s investor base and fostering long-term loyalty through data-driven marketing strategies. You will lead a dedicated team, leveraging your expertise across various digital channels including paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance. This role demands a hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, constantly experimenting, analyzing, and iterating to achieve ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to acquire new investors and retain existing ones.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and accountability.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, display, social media, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and refine existing strategies.
- Utilize advanced analytics and A/B testing methodologies to continually optimize conversion funnels, user journeys, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and design teams to drive product-led growth initiatives and enhance user experience.
- Manage significant marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable impact on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing and fintech.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role, preferably within a fintech or high-growth tech company.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platforms.
- Proven ability to develop and execute SEO and content marketing strategies that drive organic traffic and conversions.
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Previous experience working with investment platforms or in the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience in international market expansion and localized marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
