Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and display food items, including deli meats, cheeses, baked goods, and hot prepared meals, according to Carrefour's standards and recipes.
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, providing product information, recommendations, and responding to inquiries.
- Operate food preparation equipment such as slicers, ovens, and fryers safely and effectively.
- Ensure all food counters are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate food temperatures, freshness, and quality.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
- Process customer payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic understanding of food handling and safety procedures.

- Fluency in Arabic in addition to English.
