Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors, are clean and immaculately presented before, during, and after service.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of dining rooms for various shifts, events, or functions.
- Restocking clean crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service items as needed.
- Transporting dirty dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment to the dishwashing area.
- Operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assisting kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks and maintaining a tidy back-of-house area.
- Disposing of waste and recycling materials according to established procedures.
- Polishing silverware and glassware to high standards.
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness of restrooms accessible to dining guests.
- Performing general cleaning duties to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Supporting servers and other front-of-house staff as required to ensure smooth service.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
