World Vision Philippines is seeking a motivated Social and Community Service Worker to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be on the frontline, directly engaging with vulnerable communities to identify needs, facilitate development programs, and build sustainable solutions. You will be instrumental in implementing World Vision’s child-focused initiatives, working closely with local leaders, families, and children to create an environment where every child can reach their full potential. Your work will involve extensive fieldwork, requiring you to immerse yourself in the daily realities of the communities we serve, building trust, and fostering genuine partnerships. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to contribute to lasting social change, protect children from harm, and uplift entire communities out of the cycle of poverty. If you are driven by a mission to serve and believe in the power of community-led development, we encourage you to apply and help us build a brighter future for the children of the Philippines.
