Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient consultations, including history taking, physical assessments (where appropriate), diagnosis, and treatment planning for acute and chronic conditions.

- Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive, individualized care plans.
- Provide patient education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication adherence.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough electronic health records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.

Required Skills
- Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland (or ability to obtain).
- Board Certification as an Adult, Family, or Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
