In Abuja, a vibrant hub of commercial activity, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and evolving logistics landscape, directly impacting an organization’s efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the linchpin connecting various stages of the supply chain. You will implement best practices for storage, tracking, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy, minimizing waste, and adhering to strict quality standards. A key aspect of this role is optimizing delivery routes, negotiating with local carriers and international freight forwarders, and monitoring transportation costs to achieve maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You’ll be instrumental in developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at achieving operational excellence and meeting strategic objectives.

Beyond daily operations, this professional role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving. This includes leveraging modern logistics software and tracking systems to provide real-time updates and generate insightful reports for management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, particularly concerning warehouse operations and transportation of goods within Nigeria and beyond. Your expertise will directly influence customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, thereby reinforcing the company’s reputation for reliability and operational excellence.
