Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on all resort property, including guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from guests and staff, addressing issues such as minor plumbing leaks, electrical malfunctions, and HVAC concerns.
- Conduct general repairs including painting, patching, carpentry work, and fixture replacements.
- Inspect and maintain resort equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
- Assist with the upkeep of outdoor areas, including basic landscaping, pool area maintenance, and waste management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions under supervision.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate effectively with other resort departments to minimize disruption to guest services.
- Participate in emergency response efforts and conduct immediate repairs as needed.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
