Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for the CEO to all scheduled appointments, meetings, events, and personal engagements.
- Plan and determine the most efficient routes, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and impeccable presentation of all assigned vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicles are always in excellent mechanical condition and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the CEO's schedule, personal information, and business affairs.
- Assist with minor errands and luggage handling as required.
- Maintain an accurate log of all journeys, mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to accommodate the CEO's schedule.
- Ensure the CEO's comfort and safety at all times, including managing climate control, music preferences, and providing amenities as needed.
- Collaborate with executive assistants and household staff to coordinate schedules and logistics effectively.
Required Skills
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional chauffeur experience, ideally for high-net-worth individuals or corporate executives.
