Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tasks, including media preparation, sterilization, and reagent formulation.
- Assist senior researchers with experimental setups, data collection, and basic analysis.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration, functionality, and cleanliness.
- Manage and organize laboratory supplies, inventory, and chemical storage according to safety guidelines.
- Prepare samples for analysis using various techniques such as weighing, dilution, extraction, and filtration.
- Ensure strict adherence to all laboratory safety protocols, quality control procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Document experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately, comprehensively, and meticulously in laboratory notebooks or digital systems.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory environment conducive to high-quality research.
- Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute to discussions regarding project progress and problem-solving.
