Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming calls and correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
- Maintain organised physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
- Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement.
- Provide general administrative support to senior staff and various departments.
- Process and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a welcoming office environment.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases with high accuracy.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
