Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and executing daily lessons and educational activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring additional assistance.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Support classroom management strategies and reinforce positive student behavior.
- Prepare teaching materials, resources, and visual aids as directed by the teacher.
- Supervise students during non-classroom activities, including playtime, lunch, and transitions.
- Observe and document student progress and behavior, reporting observations to the lead teacher.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences and encourage student participation.
- Assist with grading papers, keeping records, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure student well-being and academic success.
