Key Responsibilities
- Assist front-of-house staff with setting up and cleaning dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Support kitchen staff by washing dishes, cleaning utensils, pots, and pans, and maintaining a tidy wash-up area.
- Replenish supplies such as condiments, napkins, and clean tableware in the dining area and service stations.
- Clear tables efficiently after guests depart, ensuring they are ready for the next seating.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all restaurant areas, including restrooms and common spaces.
- Assist in the receiving and storage of deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
- Support servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread baskets, and assisting with food runner duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, such as chopping vegetables or preparing garnishes.
