Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the meticulous setup and preparation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations, strictly adhering to operational and aesthetic standards.
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, efficiently take drink and food orders, and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Proactively maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization for dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house areas throughout all shifts.
- Provide supportive assistance to kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, plating, and presentation as required.
- Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to all guest inquiries and requests, consistently ensuring an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately process payments and diligently handle cash and card transactions, strictly adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively and seamlessly with all team members to ensure a smooth service flow and contribute to an outstanding guest experience.
- Adhere strictly to all prevailing health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations, contributing to a safe environment for all.
- Efficiently restock inventory for front-of-house items such as cutlery, glassware, condiments, and linens, ensuring continuous availability.
