Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
- Monitor network performance and availability, identifying and resolving basic network issues promptly.
- Perform routine network diagnostics, maintenance, and system upgrades under supervision.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
- Provide first-level technical support for network-related user issues and escalate complex problems to senior administrators.
