Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our corporate technology team in London. This pivotal role will oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of our critical IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across designated business units. The IT Manager will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of IT specialists, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.

- Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex IT issues and minimize downtime.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management (networks, servers, cloud platforms).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
- Excellent project management capabilities, including experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Solid experience with budgeting and financial management for IT operations.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CCNP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
