Key Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining their dignity and privacy.
- Supporting individuals with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniques where necessary.
- Assisting with medication administration as per care plans and training, maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting residents with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary intake, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Engaging residents in social activities, promoting mental and physical wellbeing, and fostering a sense of community.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe environment for residents, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Observing and reporting any changes in a resident's physical, emotional, or mental condition to senior staff promptly.
