Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packing machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
- Accurately pack finished products into designated containers, boxes, or pallets.
- Inspect products for quality defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packing.
- Ensure correct labeling, coding, and packaging materials are used for each product.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with basic inventory management tasks, including counting and stacking products.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures meticulously.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate effectively and positively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
