As a Security Patrol Watchman, you will be the frontline defender, responsible for maintaining a secure environment through constant vigilance and proactive measures. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols across designated areas, checking all access points, perimeters, and critical infrastructure.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV, and promptly report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents, following established protocols.
- Record all observations, incidents, and activities in a daily logbook or digital system with accuracy and detail.
- Control access to premises, verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees, and issuing passes as required.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security regulations.
- Provide assistance and direction to visitors and staff while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical situations.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards or maintenance issues within the patrol area.
Required Skills
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
- Excellent observational and communication skills (verbal and written English).
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Basic physical fitness for extensive patrolling and standing.
- Willingness to undergo and successfully complete SIRA training (if not already certified).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a security, military, or law enforcement role is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license (manual preferred).
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog).
