Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily reconciliation of ATM transactions against bank statements and internal records.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies, variances, and outstanding items related to ATM cash movements.
  • Prepare detailed reconciliation reports and summaries for management review.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., cash management, customer service) to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all reconciliation activities and supporting documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and audit preparations related to ATM operations.
  • Contribute to the identification of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reconciliation.
  • Generate periodic reports on ATM performance and reconciliation status as required.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
