Key Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation and cleanup tasks, including removing debris, clearing areas, and organizing materials.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment, transporting them to designated areas on site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Dig trenches, shovel earth, and compact ground as required.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel, and other materials.
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures, scaffolding, and barricades.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers diligently.
