Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process a high volume of invoices, ensuring all relevant details are captured correctly.
- Verify invoice data against purchase orders and receiving documents to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to address and resolve invoicing issues.
- Maintain organised records of all processed invoices and related documentation, both physical and digital.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation tasks as required.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures related to invoice processing and financial controls.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the invoice processing function.
