Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against invoices and packing slips.
- Accurately sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders for outbound shipments according to customer specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling any discrepancies.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently after receiving training.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and operational harmony.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move packages and items weighing up to 25 kg (within safe limits).
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels and counting inventory.
