Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and intake interviews to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care and coordinate services.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement crisis intervention plans for clients experiencing acute distress.
- Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping mechanisms.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines, particularly regarding confidentiality and client rights.
- Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote client sessions, ensuring a secure and therapeutic environment.
Required Skills
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (or actively pursuing licensure).
- Strong active listening and empathetic communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client populations.
- Foundational knowledge of counseling theories and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
