Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to attract talent and promote Career.supersecrets' services.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) across all relevant social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way, fostering community engagement and managing online reputation.
- Utilize social media marketing tools and analytics platforms to track, analyse, and report on performance, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, continuously adapting strategies to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, recruitment, content) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign execution.
- Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders relevant to the career and recruitment industry.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, managing budgets and optimising for desired outcomes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with major social media platforms and their respective analytics tools.
- Excellent content creation skills, including strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic video editing capabilities.
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics as they relate to social media.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
