Key Responsibilities
- Assist printing specialists with setting up and operating various printing machines (digital, offset, large format).
- Prepare materials for printing, including paper cutting, loading ink, and maintaining stock levels.
- Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy, color consistency, and adherence to specifications.
- Assist with finishing processes such as binding, laminating, folding, and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Manage inventory of printing supplies and notify management of low stock.
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering inquiries, and assisting with design choices when needed.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Assist with deliveries and pickups as required.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg.
