Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision, following safety protocols.
- Load and unload materials from production lines and conveyor belts.
- Monitor product quality, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
- Assist with packaging, labelling, and preparing finished goods for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and surrounding factory area.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions as required.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Physical stamina and capability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights (up to 15-20 kg), and perform manual dexterity tasks.
