Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client assessments to determine needs and develop appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ethical and effective individual, group, or family counseling services using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely client records, progress notes, and other documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Required Skills
