Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client assessments to determine needs and develop appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ethical and effective individual, group, or family counseling services using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely client records, progress notes, and other documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate proactively with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate client care, ensuring holistic and comprehensive support.
- Actively participate in regular clinical supervision, internal training sessions, and external professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies as needed, prioritizing client safety and well-being in all situations.
- Adhere strictly to all HIPAA regulations and maintain the highest level of client confidentiality.
- Engage in community outreach and resource navigation for clients when appropriate, connecting them with vital support systems.

Required Skills
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field (or actively pursuing licensure upon degree completion).
