Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms, ensuring adherence to strict hygiene standards.
- Replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies according to established procedures.
- Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, stairwells, and service areas to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness and presentation.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage and organize linen, supplies, and cleaning equipment efficiently and responsibly.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.
