Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments, including history taking, symptom review, and physical examination (as appropriate for telehealth).
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and provide preventative care services via telehealth.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, imaging) to accurately assess patient health status.
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with state laws and professional guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on patient education, self-management, and health promotion.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely electronic health records (EHR) for all patient encounters.
- Collaborate and consult with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.
- Provide appropriate referrals to specialists, emergency services, or in-person care when necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention.
- Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards of nursing practice, including patient confidentiality and privacy regulations (HIPAA).

Required Skills
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in Arizona.
- Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Board Certification (e.g., ANCC or AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology NP, or similar.
- Active DEA registration.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong patient-centered approach.
