Key Responsibilities
- Assist the truck driver with loading and unloading goods and packages from the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of loaded goods against delivery manifests and ensure all items are accounted for before departure.
- Navigate routes alongside the driver, providing directions and assisting with identifying delivery locations in Dubai.
- Safely deliver packages to customers' premises, ensuring proper handling and care of all items.
- Assist in the organization and arrangement of items within the truck to optimize space and ensure secure transit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery truck interior.
- Communicate effectively with customers, upholding professional and courteous service standards during deliveries.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Assist with basic vehicle checks and report any issues to the driver or supervisor.
- Collect and verify delivery receipts or signatures from recipients.
