Key Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including digging, raking, planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Operate various hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, leaf blowers).
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, supplies, and equipment at various work sites.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Remove debris, waste, and unwanted materials from project sites.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Provide support to skilled tradespeople (e.g., landscapers, gardeners, construction workers) as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or project delays to the supervisor.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding outdoor work for extended periods.
