This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our employees, contribute to a positive and progressive work culture, and help ING remain a leader in fostering an inclusive workplace. You will be a key voice in advocating for underrepresented groups, designing educational content, and fostering an environment where authenticity and belonging are paramount. Your expertise will not only enhance our employee experience but also strengthen our brand as an employer of choice. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo, inspire change, and build bridges across various departments and stakeholder groups to achieve a shared vision of an inclusive future. This is your chance to contribute to a workplace where everyone belongs and can thrive.

  • Manage and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring their alignment with company goals and providing resources for their growth and impact.
  • Design and deliver engaging DEI training and awareness programs for employees and leaders across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, legal developments, and emerging trends in DEI to ensure ING's approach remains innovative and compliant.
  • Develop and manage internal and external communications related to DEI initiatives, including creating content for various platforms.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops that promote cultural competence, psychological safety, and an inclusive mindset among employees.
