Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior heavy equipment mechanics in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various heavy machinery.
- Learn and apply preventative maintenance procedures for equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes.
- Help with the inspection of equipment for faults, wear, and tear under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Support in the safe operation and handling of workshop tools and machinery.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines rigorously to ensure a secure working environment.
