Key Responsibilities
- Maintain constant surveillance of resort swimming pools, beach areas, and aquatic facilities.
- Enforce all safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure guest well-being.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all aquatic emergencies, including rescues and first aid.
- Administer CPR, First Aid, and AED as necessary, maintaining current certifications.
- Conduct daily safety checks of equipment and water quality, reporting any issues.
- Provide a friendly, approachable, and professional presence to all resort guests.
- Participate in all required training and drills to maintain high levels of preparedness.
- Educate guests on water safety practices and resort guidelines.
- Assist with general pool area maintenance and cleanliness.

- Excellent swimming proficiency and water rescue skills.
