Key Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including lifting, loading, unloading, and moving materials and products within the factory.
- Assist skilled workers and machine operators with various tasks as needed to maintain production flow.
- Operate basic hand tools and certain power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and the factory floor to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures diligently.
- Inspect materials and products for defects and report any issues to supervisors.
- Pack and prepare finished products for shipping, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting, sorting, and labelling.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 25kg) regularly.
- Excellent physical stamina and endurance.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in an industrial setting.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
