Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaign goals and messaging.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Represent Career.supersecrets at virtual or occasional local events, promoting our brand and services.

Required Skills
- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (personal or professional).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
