As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our clients’ distribution centers. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods efficiently and accurately. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to adhering to all safety protocols. We value individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
• Report any discrepancies or damage to goods.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and quality control.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects consistently (up to 25kg).
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role.
• Forklift operator certification (advantageous but not required).
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
