Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations with confidence.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, transmitting them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to service standards.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including table setup and resetting.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other service professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the dining area as required.
