Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport clients to designated locations, adhering strictly to schedules and routes.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition, including regular cleaning, refueling, and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Plan and optimize routes using navigation tools, considering traffic patterns, road conditions, and client preferences to ensure efficient travel.
- Exercise utmost discretion and confidentiality regarding client information and travel details.
- Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings, providing a courteous and helpful demeanor.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and the public.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Perform daily pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Adapt to changes in schedules or routes with flexibility and a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- Valid Rwandan driving license (Category B or higher)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of Huye and Southern Province road networks
- Strong defensive driving skills and a clean driving record
- Punctuality and exceptional time management abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a personal driver for executives or high-net-worth individuals.
- Knowledge of vehicle safety systems and first aid.
- Proficiency in Kinyarwanda, English, and French.
