Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and specialty concoctions, consistently meeting quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality.
- Take customer orders accurately, process payments using a POS system, and handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and product recommendations.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, communicating needs to management.
- Master latte art techniques to create visually appealing beverages.
- Assist with light food preparation and presentation as required.

Required Skills
