Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Dietitians with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and preparing documentation.
- Support the distribution of nutrition education materials to patients and their families.
- Help maintain inventory of dietary supplements, educational resources, and kitchen supplies.
- Prepare and organize food items, ensuring adherence to dietary guidelines and sanitary standards.
- Assist with patient meal tray setup and delivery, ensuring accuracy and special dietary needs are met.
- Monitor and record patient food intake and preferences as instructed by the dietitian.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dietary office and kitchen areas.
