Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive virtual primary, urgent, and chronic care services to diverse patient populations.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, history taking, and differential diagnoses via telehealth platforms.
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans, including appropriate medication prescribing and management.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging) as clinically indicated.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, preventative care, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including physicians and specialists, when necessary.

Required Skills
- Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Arizona.
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Minimum of 3 years (36 months) of recent clinical experience as an NP in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and virtual communication technologies.
