Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists and company standards.
- Accurately sort, label, and store inventory in designated locations within the stockroom to maintain organization.
- Pick and prepare orders for outbound shipment, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the stockroom by adhering to housekeeping standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operate manual and, if trained, powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and procedures to ensure a secure workplace.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and other operational tasks as required by supervisors.
- Report any damaged or defective goods immediately to appropriate personnel for action.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) regularly and safely.
