Career.supersecrets is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to a diverse patient population entirely from the comfort of your home office, serving patients predominantly in the Portland, Oregon area and surrounding regions. As a key member of our virtual care team, you will leverage advanced telehealth technologies to conduct virtual consultations, diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide patient education and counseling.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient consultations via secure video conferencing, phone, and chat platforms.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose acute and chronic illnesses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Prescribe medications, adhering to state and federal regulations, and monitor patient responses.
- Provide health education, preventive care, and chronic disease management guidance to patients.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough electronic health records (EHR) documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and primary care providers, to ensure coordinated care.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide appropriate medical advice and follow-up.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon.
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP).
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient caseload effectively.
- Strong patient education and counseling abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telehealth or virtual care delivery.
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is a plus.
- Familiarity with chronic disease management programs.
